About this Project…
The client wanted a cleaner more modern look to improve the flow and storage capacity of their cramped powder room.

What we did…
We relocated the sink to the same wall as the toilet to improve flow. Much needed storage was created by replacing the pedestal sink with a large vanity featuring drawers along with an open shelf. The old flooring was replaced with new, period-specific floor tile to remain true to the era of the home. The tile wall was replaced with shiplap to give the powder room a clean look and feel.
