About this project…
The client wanted to increase living space for their family along with the ability to park cars in their garage. Additionally, they wanted to enlarge their kitchen, add a living room and office and move their laundry room to the main floor.

What we did…
We added a two-story addition off the back of the house. The first floor contains a large two-car garage with a storage room for new utilities. The second floor contains a new large kitchen, open family room and office. The small old kitchen was repurposed as a new functional laundry room.
