About this project….
Due to the hillside terrain, this client’s deck and pool were sliding downhill. The client wanted to have the deck and pool removed and replaced with an extra-large partially covered deck.

What we did…
We removed the existing deck and in-ground pool and worked with a structural and a geotech engineer to secure the hillside for the new deck. We installed an oversized deck that ran the entire back and side of the home and added a roof over 1/3 of the rear of the deck for protection from the elements.
Features…
Shed roof with rich red/brown toned tongue and groove pine ceiling. Small recessed lighting in the ceiling of the roof and on the deck that are controlled by remote or smartphone. Integrated outlets into deck boards that can be hidden after items are plugged in.
