About this project…
This client had an unfinished basement. They wanted to have a large storage area with easy access, a dedicated space for sewing and crafts and a sitting area with a fireplace and TV.

What we did…
We left a large storage area that was accessed by pocket doors. A second storage area under the stairs and a third at the base of the stairs were added and insulated with closed-cell spray foam. Cabinetry, a gas ventless fireplace wrapped with ledger-style stone and a rustic mantel were installed. To complete the room, a floating vinyl floor was installed and the entire room was painted.
