About this project….
The client was looking to replace the deck around their pool and on the back of their home using zero-maintenance materials. They also wanted to increase the square footage of their overall entertaining space and have a roof covering the deck on the back of their home.

What we did…
We built a new deck around the pool using composite decking and railings and increased the size by 50%. We installed a deck across the back of the home using the same materials and installed a shed roof to cover it.
Features…
The deck boards used a two-tone approach with white railing columns and gray railing with black aluminum balusters. To give the roof a tropical feel, we used white columns with details, grey-washed pine tongue and groove boards for the ceiling and fans with palm-like blades.
