About this project….
The client wanted to create a warm and inviting space to hang out with friends and family. They wanted to maintain a wet bar and needed a large amount of storage.

What we did…
The entire space was gutted to the bare concrete walls, then framed and insulated with closed-cell spray to keeps the space cool in summer and warm in winter. We added a double-doored storage area and wet bar with a sink, microwave and refrigerator.
