About this project…
The client wanted to take an existing powder room and adjoining bathroom and convert them into a very high-end sophisticated spa-like space. They wanted to have the bathroom divided into two spaces that could be modified based on their needs. The client wanted a double sink and storage while maintaining the same footprint.

What we did…
The space was redesigned to include a tub, large vanity and linen cabinet with two sinks in one section and a large shower with multiple shower features, a bidet toilet and sink in another section. The spaces were connected by large pocket doors that allow the client to keep part of the bathroom private from guests, but accessible when the toilet or shower are needed.
To achieve the high-end spa feel, stacked stone was placed on several feature walls along with rich-toned cabinetry and countertops with a leather-like finish. There are both round and linear recessed lighting styles in the ceiling. The medicine cabinets are controlled by touch and contain electrical outlets. The floor is heated and wifi enabled so it can be controlled by any mobile device. The two pocket doors allow the space to be configured based on the need.
